This type of African mask is a Baule mask which is also known as a Goli mask. It is used in tribal dances during harvest festivals, in processions to honour distinguished visitors and at the funerals of important figures. The Baule are farmers who are part of the Akan people, which is one of the largest groups in West Africa. The circular face represents the life-giving force of the sun. This mask is a circle 9 ¾” diameter (with the 'handle' making it 12” in height) Made of wood which is carved and painted. -

So you can pick your own ring go to the second image and from your left to right the rings are designated Large : the large round golden brass ring.
