These Vintage Red Vinyl Beads are strung on string and a strand is 34″ long.The majority of the ‘heishi’ beads are about 19 mm. You will receive one of the strands of beads in the photos (the strands are very similar). These Vinyl Beads make great spacer beads. There is a band of mixed yellow and red vinyl beads which are about 14mm.

These beads were bought in the Agormanya Market from the wonderful Bead section there... from the stall of the Queen of the market. She introduced these beads using old material to make heritage beads very much in the old style. There are two strands to choose from. There are slight variations in the strands but the strands are quite similar. But these are handmade so will vary in colour, size and shape. -

These recycled glass beads were handcrafted in Ghana, Africa by crushing old, discarded glass, adding colorant and then pouring the powder into clay molds. The stem of a local plant is added, this burns away during firing, leaving a hole for stringing. The beads are fired in a woodburning earthen oven. Ghana is famous for this type of bead. -
