Beautiful rectangle Recycled Glass Beads 13x19 mm in soft grey,orange, blue, yellow and white with colourful specks. You will receive a bead from grouping in photo. These beads are handmade so will vary in size, shape and colour. Funky Frog got these beads directly from the amazing designer and maker Tet in Accra, Ghana. -
2 bracelet sized strands of 21 tubular Sandcast Beads strung on string 10" long. The beads are 9x6 mm and are an oatmeal with a brown circle in the middle. These recycled glass beads were handcrafted in Ghana, Africa by crushing old, discarded glass, adding colorant and then pouring the powder into clay molds. The different colours come from the different coloured powdered glass that is poured into the molds (rather than being painted on later). The stem of a local plant is added, this burns away during firing, leaving a hole for stringing. The beads are fired in a wood burning earthen oven. Ghana is famous for this type of bead. There are also larger beads this same oatmeally colour as shown in the last photo.. -

A strand of about 27 tube shaped Recycled Glass Beads on string 24" long. There is a range of colours, textures, colours and shapes! You will receive a strand similar to the one in the photo with some variations. Ghana is famous for these recycled beads made from recycled glass bottles. These recycled beads were bought directly from the small factory in Accra, Ghana where the artisans hand make the beads in the labor intensive method of their ancestors from crushing glass to baking the final product in wood ovens. Please note the strand you will receive will be similar to the strand in the photo. There will be variations as the strand is hand strung and handmade. -
A strand of about 47 small grey bone beads from Kenya strung on raffia 24" long. The beads are about 8x10mm. These beads are handmade so will have variations in colour, design and size. -

Ghana is famous for these recycled beads made from recycled glass bottles. 11 round disk shaped old Soft Granite Stone Beads from Mali handcrafted in the ancient methods. These unusual beads were bought in the Koforidua Beads Market in Ghana, W. Africa. They range from 15 to 28 mm. You will receive a grouping of 11 beads similar to the groupings the second image. These beads are a soft Cement Grey with a rough earthy feel and look. -

Vintage Glass Beads that look a bit like glass seeds. You can choose out of 4 variations of 4 strands of various colours or a strand of white glass beads. These glass beads have an opalescent quality and come in pink, green, grey, blue and white. The white beads are about 2x12 mm. The other coloured beads are about 4x9 mm. -
